Michael Duffy will attend the Music Library Association Annual Meeting next week

I will be out of the office next week from Tuesday, February 17 through Friday, February 20, to attend the 78th annual conference of the Music Library Association in Chicago. In addition to attending conference sessions and committee meetings, I will also present a poster session with Lynne Thomas, Head of Rare Books and Special Collections at NIU on the music collection of Raya Garbousova, world-renowned cellist and former member of the NIU School of Music faculty.

I will bring my trumpet with me again to play with the MLA Big Band. We always have a good time!
